Jaipur Kali – A Love Story in Threads
Jaipur Kali was born out of a simple desire — to preserve the elegance of Indian tradition in everyday wear. As a husband-wife duo from Jaipur, we started this journey in 2017 with just one thing in mind: to create pieces that feel like home.
Inspired by the textured walls of old Jaipur, the rhythm of looms, and the scent of fresh gota work, we blended our love for block prints and delicate details into timeless designs. It all began in our small home studio, working closely with local artisans.
When we launched our website in 2024, the love poured in. It wasn’t just the clothes — it was the emotion, the memory, the feeling of something handmade. Someone once wrote, “Jaipur Kali kapde nahi, ehsaas hai.” That stayed with us.

How Our Journey Unfolded
Started with just 1 artisan and a dream — crafting each piece by hand from our home studio.
A place to grow — moved into our first rented studio with a 10-member team. A milestone of faith and expansion. Focused on white-labelling and wholesaling for established brands, quietly building our foundation and refining our skills.
The pandemic challenged the world — but we kept our spirit alive, continuing to create with care and courage.
Shifted into a bigger factory space, welcoming more artisans and expanding our creative horizon.
Launched our own brand and website — Jaipur Kali took its first step into the spotlight with its name, story, and soul.
